Dear all, the topic of my university dissatation is based upon 'the extent to which tourists from different parts of the world bond in Goa'. When i went to do the research i went to Candolim where i found there wasnt alot of variety in the way of nationalities. I got a bit lazy and thought never mind i'll make it up when i got home. It would be much appreciated if anyone has any guidance.

What exactly do you want to know? Yes, Candolim is not a good place for doing research on the topic at hand. Candolim is more suitable for writing an essay on " how I spent my 2 week package holiday without leaving the sunbed of my hotel's swimming pool." ![]() |

thanks for replying
Thanks for replying, (enormous help !!).What I’m most interested in finding out is-
Do people from different nationalities strike up spontaneous friendship (a lot more than they would at home) on holiday/ or whilst travelling in Goa.? Are there any nationalities that seem to stay away from other nationalities ?- for example I noted some Israeli only parties. Are there any nationalities that seem to bond particularly well ? Did you personally find any nationalities more friendly (in general) than others.? |

Whoops Torryquine I already deleted my sarcastic post thinking what's the use. Anyway it boiled down to make something up already if you're too lazy to do research on the spot and don't start another pointless racial thread please. I can rewrite it if you thought there was any literary value to it T.

Nah, like you say what's the point. It just happened that you voiced exactly what I was thinking about this thread but was too busy WORKING on my own university course to spare the time saying. People complain that their degrees aren't taken seriously these days but I can see why.
