Place to stay in Palolem?

Hi -- I'll be in Palolem for a couple of days at the beginning of March, and wanted to know if anyone has a recommendation for where to stay. This is at the end of my trip, so I am looking for somewhere relatively quiet where I can just relax... Thanks much for any advice!

Dont plan ahead, walk along the beach and you'll find some. If you want more quite go over the rocks o the south (10 minute walk) and you'll and much quietier beach with good places to stay.

There are lots & lots of Hotels & beach huts available in Palolem. Also you will find accomodation at the near by two beaches.
However if you are looking for relaxing stay away from the beach visit this website. It is around 15 - 30 minutes away from the beach.

Enjoy your stay

Just came across the same while surfing on the net while planning for my Goa tour during Nov. 05, unfortunately the same had to be cancelled due to work pressure. So I have not stayed there as yet. Also there was a mention of the same in Outlook Traveller Goa Guide.

Will def. tell if I come across similar places.

Bye

hey ive checked out bhakti kutir.. but never did stay or eat there... its to the south of palolem beach.. perched on the hill, lots of greenery around and peaceful surroundings, its a very yoga based shanti kinda guest house.u can either drive down there or walk over the rocks from the south of the beach.great location.away from the noise of the music being played at the beach shacks, but even close to the beach.have fun!

One other question. I remember seeing a thread about Ciaran's, but can't seem to find it. Any thoughts about Bhakti Kutir vs. Ciaran's? Thanks much!

ciarans is among the expensive centrally located beach huts on palolem beach. i think tht their beach huts are a lil more sophisticated than bhakti kutir.but again, as per ur needs u need to check out both the places, their location, vibe etc while ur there to figure out where u'd like to stay.
