Panjim on New Year's Eve
Hello,
We will be in Panjim for New Year's Eve and leaving to Bombay the day after. Any idea of what is likely to happen there on 31st December? Is it likely to be totally hectic? The only thing I need for that day is a good meal and a good drink to finish the year in beauty. No wild parties or anything. Thanks! All the best, Thierry |

Most people will be on the beaches for new years eve.
There are some great restaurants in Panjim. If you are after peace and quiet i would look for one. This one is excellent Delhi Darbar in Panjim .This has got the same owners, and is just round the corner from each other Moti Mahal Restaurant & Bar Have a look here http://www.gogoa.com/restaurants-cuisines.html scroll down to Panjim The one i always go in for lunch in Panjim is not listed, and i want to keep it a secret as its not busy with foreigners . |
