Palolem Beach-Goa. Accom can u help?

I am having a lot of trouble finding accomodation at Palolem in Goa for new yr. I REALLY want to find a coco hut (beach hut) on Palolem Beach from 29th Dec 2005 for a week.
I phoned and booked at Hi-Tide, but when I phoned back to triple check last week, they told me I am not booked in after all!! What a nightmare. I know it will be full and SO busy that time of the year. Can anyone please help us with suggestions or phone numbers, or web sites etc.
Listen, I dont want to play the sympathy card, but I will cos I am desperate.... I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis last summer (2004), and this trip means the world to me, as I may not get another chance.
So, please anyone who reads this, please help me, I fly in to Goa on 29th Dec from London and cant find anywhere to stay. I really want a coco hut.
Please help me

I rode to palolem on monday in the noon and returned to Baga back in the evening. Its a beautiful beach but, I hated it. There was enough beach hut accomodation available though. Very very basic....the rooms were no more the size of a double bed. Im not complaining. I normally rought it out. But I felt Palolem has lost its character. Its a beautiful beach though.....but too many people.
I think you can take a chance and land there!!

Good luck!!
