Oceanic Hotel, Paololem; or anywhere else in Patnem?
Hi,
Has anyone stayed in the Hotel Oceanic in Palolem/Patnem recently. We are a family with 2 kids, and it looks good with the pool. (Is it unsupportive to locals to be anywhere with a pool, re water shortages?). I have read some dreadful reviews of the Oceanic, as well as some good ones. Which beach would you recomend - Agonda or Patnem? I did think Paololem sounded good but I have been put off as it seems very busy. We will be there in February. We plan to book somewhere for the first week, and then find somewhere for the other two weeks once we are there, (with a trip to Hampi in the middle). Thanks for all tips and ideas.
