Non stop rain... any people in Goa right now?

Hey everybody!

I have been in Candolim now for about a day, and I've been doing absolutely nothing- which is nice to certain point.... BUT I would love to meet up with someone and explore Goa a little bit despite this relentless rain.

I came here to practice yoga for a few days and escape from the Punjabi heat.

I would love to go for a nice local meal this evening...

Give me a call and we can meet up in a public place first, see if we hit it off and then hang out tonight somewhere.

I'll be here until the 6th of july. Hopefully the rain lets up! Although, it's so plush and green and cool which I love...

Take care!

The rain is seriously non stop since I flew in yesterday... no sun at all. Hoping it will dry up soon. I haven't explored too much - just went to one tiny restaurant up the road called viva goa. I would like to leave my apartment, but it's way too stormy to walk around and "enjoy" my surroundings... haha

I'm gonna stay in Goa for about 2 weeks. Ive got a backpack full of books so hopefully the rain won't bother me too much. Then i'm gonna head down to Hampi where there will hopefully be a little bit more sun!

cool- then you should be golden. there's also this nice little book shop called Cafe Literati that's also a nice place for chilling with a cup of strong coffee.

Go to Lloyds in Candolim (a little up the road from Viva Goa), on most nights there are people and it is easy to strike up a conversation.

More up-market is the Travel Bar, on the main road, next to the lane of Literati. Also here it is easy to chat with either owner Angeline or other guests.

Hello Saura

The weather... if you like rain you will defenetly love it, because it rains a lot every day... but not all the time, so for the moment you still can do lots of things outside, its nice!

Most of the places are closed, but still theres many bars and places to go to...

Im telling you how is the situation now... but after few weeks, no idea... for sure I will be here to see it myself

Isn't it Monsoon now in Goa.?
Call me suspicious, but doesn't it mean that it rains a lot in Monsoon?
