Need Hotel in Goa for Xmas - Suggestions??
I need a hotel in Goa from 18th - 27th December. Can anyone suggest somewhere? I'm looking for something nice with a swimming pool. Not sure what area - maybe Candolim or Calangute. Ideally don't want to spend more than 2500R per night (double room). Is this a realistic price, or do I need to spend more at peak season?
If anyone has any recommendations please let me know!! Many thanks!! :-) |

You will get a nice hotel for less than Rs 2500 in Calangute and Candolim. Here are some of them,

Hey! Thanks for the suggestions. The Colonia Santa Maria is really nice but they want 10,000R per night over the Xmas period!!! eek! Even with haggling I couldn't get it below 8000R.
Have now booked a place in Candolim that I stumbled upon by chance. It's nice and half the price of the above. Royal Heritage Resort looked a bit run-down but, to be fair, it was also pretty cheap. Thanks for all your help! :-) |
