Need help on Goa visit

Hi there,

Six of us (2 guys and 4 girls)from Bangalore, are planning to go to Goa on 29th April 2012 to 1st May 2012 (3 days). Any suggestions on must-to-do activities and must-see places???! We would also need help on economical hotels to stay near Calangute or Baga beach and contacts of any 2 wheeler rental vehicle vendors..

Renting two wheeler is easy they are around every corner at Baga.

Water sports can be tried. Old Goa is charming. But it is going to be hot weather in that period.

The time you are planning to visit will be off season & you can bargain hard at the guest houses (plenty of them in Calangute area) once you reach Goa. You can easily arrange two wheelers from the guest house where you are staying. However as mentioned by Mridula in earlier post it will be very hot during that time.

I really do not have much idea about accommodation. I stayed ay Sun Village near Baga which was fine but a proper hotel.

There's a guest house Villo Villa very close to Calangute beach (2 mins walk), run by a family. Great food, comfortable place to stay and very reasonable. 2 wheeler can be arranged from the guest house itself. I am also planning a trip to goa in the same week

I am also visiting Goa at that time. I arranged accommodation at Colva Beach, South Goa. You can get resorts/guest house range from 750 to 1500 per night at budgetary.
