mumbai to goa

any body done mumbai to goa by train ? .
just a thought , you dont get to see a lot on a plane .
is it a lot of hassle ? , or is it worth while .
any body know the names of the stations etc .
we are in no hurry so we thought we might see a bit more by train ,

i travelled by train once ..
and it was nice ..
but then .. all u get to see is greenery and hills and rocks.
tunnells
and what not ...
nto so nice ..
but i prefer the bus .. its cool ..
but not much of movement .. cant move .. just sit in one place from 3 pm to 5 pm

and the trians run from early morning and reach later in the evening i think

i liked the trip by train. nice landscape. but you might not see much if you take the night train
