Microelectronics components suppliers in Northern Goa?

Any ideas? Looking for a unipolar hall sensor
I've been to some store opposite the main post office in Panjim and they had something for sale, but they didn't know exactly what they were selling.

Ok, here we go!

In your position I would start with DJ Electricals in Mapusa, and make sure you speak to the boss.
From the big circle as you enter Mapusa (not the petrol station one, the next), go left towards the police station and take the first turn on the right. Stop. DJ is on the right hand corner of this turn.

Second chice would be from this same circle, take the back hill towards the top of Mapusa (Court). A couple of hundred metres up, on your right is a small modern electrical shop with electrical stuff in the window. Have found them very helpful too.

Make sure you have as many descriptions of what you want as possible............Google it? These guys tend to be very literal and if they dont recognise your words will say no, when it could be right beside them.

If still stuck, in Panjim, on Mahatma Ghandi Road next door to Shiv Sagar restaurant is a small electronics shop that may be able to help, and there are a few others in that general area of town.

Thank you! The first thing I did prior to my trip to Panjim (all in all I had to renew my tata connection) I visited DJ shop. I talked to the old guy in thick glasses and he said they didn't have hall sensors (I guess he understood what I need), and yes, there were resistors and diodes). I'll try the next store on the way to the Mapusa hill, and if they don't have it - I'll try the online one. Right now I'm waiting for the parcel from embeddedmarket - we'll see how indian couriers work
