looking for help to help
Hi everyone,
Two of us will be traveling to india in Late september and plan to stay 2-3 months, we want to volunteer for a part of this, possibly in the south. Does anybody have ideas about a place that needs short term help? Any advice is great |

Hi Portland good luck with your trip and with your help for good causes.
There is a section on the main Indiamike portal that gives information on charities & etc however there is a very good organisation in Goa called El-shaddai that cares for street children in goa and operates schools and shelters for them.
