Long Term Accomodation Apartment Rental
hi guys
anyone know of a long term apartment for rent in anjuna or silolim or near area,we are moving to goa in jan and need to rent an apartment for a year with a/c for the monsoon ,any ideas?????????????????? |

Though I am not familiar with Goa....
I would recommend you arrive in Goa and then look for a place to stay .... 1. you may get a better deal 2. you can check the place out before commitiing. I would have thought after the peak season od January is over , you may be able to negotiate a better price. |

It has a fridge, tv and air con etc but no cooking stove it is a brand new build finished Dec 05 top floor (2nd) with pool, gym, restaurants etc please see the website.......http://www.highland-beachresort.com/
I can do you a price of £600 for a stay between 1st April 06 to 30th Sept 06. |

12 months rental from 1st April 06 would not be so cheap as that would include all of the high season weeks that i have available (xmas/new year etc) a ball park figure would be around £3,000 for 1st April 06 to 1st April 07.
