Live Football?!

Hi,

I am travelling to GOA for the first time on Sunday, staying in Candolim one week and Palolem for the next.

I was just wondering, is there anywhere i can watch live football in Candolim, it's just that my team.......Leicester (shoot me if you wish!) are playing next Friday on Sky... and i would like to watch it. Will this be shown anywhere, even though it's not a premiership team?

Any Footie fans out there who would know this????

Thanks, Phil.

Hi DoctorPhil,

Of the cable channels in India, StarSports and ESPN show English Premiership footie, but not the Championship. Leicester shouldn't have gone down. They also show La Liga, the Champions League and the FA Cup.

TenSports shows Bundesliga and Serie A.

Then theres that one national sports channel that shows local football. Go East Bengal FC!!!

Cheers,
Vasko

There's also Zee Sports and DD Sports. I think one of them shows "other" football. You might be lucky. There's a Milan-Parma match on Zee at the moment.
