Legal Scooter Hire?

Does anyone know of a place that hires scooters legally in North Goa? I know you can get them off just about anyone, but I'm looking for one that has all the correct insurance etc.

I remember there was on opposite the Whispering Palms in Candolim a few years ago, but I´m sorry I don´t know it´s name and if it´s still there. Always hire private.

If they have a yellow number plate, or it black background with yellow numbers they have been registered to be hired out .
You ned to make sure YOU are legal to drive one as well. Get international driving license.

There are several places in Panjim opposite the jetty from where the boat cruises start. These guys are legit.
