Try and cut back!! The Kuwait-India leg of the journey sees lots of returning Indian workers with lots of luggage & presents for the family!! This means with the aircraft weight restrictions you may well be asked to pay and it ain't cheap!!

Yeah I know it's hard, especially with family to think off, presents etc.
It may well be they just wave you through, I've also had this when 12 Kg over weight (between two)
But it's better err on the side of caution, of course if you're willing to pay then usually there isn't a problem then again even that isn't 100% kosher, planes can only take off with so much weight.
Alternatively think of parts of your packed wardrobe that may need replacing in the near future, summer jackets, jeans sports shoes leave them behind and replace them in India there is a very good selection of run of the mill clothing items in India available at cheap prices, not radically cheaper but a good deal nonetheless for brands like Levi, Nike and the like!!
It's an idea......no
Or contact the airline and see if they can help!!

Good Luck with the packing and happy Travels
