| Info needed: Goan Jewels Apartments Hi ! Our entire family is heading off to Goa again this Feb and we were looking at renting out an apartment for a week or so. We have been in touch with the Goan Jewels Holiday Apartments at Porvorim... Has anyone been there before? Will really appreciate if someone could provide some feedback on the place. Thanks ! Ashish |

| I know nothing of the facility but I don't think Porvorim would be a great place for a family holiday to Goa -- it is a long ways from any beach and appears to be mainly a pleasant upscale suburb with a highway running through it. just my opinion, of course, perhaps that's what you are looking for. |

| Hi Buddy!!! My brother John Smith from UK stayed at Goan Jewels in December 2005. He said that this place is like a paradise of oasis with a lot of love for every little detail. It was located in a posh and safe area near new secretariat of Goa… The town is very close with only 5 minute taxi ride. Nice rooms and clean linen. It is in a safe and peaceful surrounding with breathtaking view of the sunset from the apartment. 15 mins by car to the famous Calangute beach – The hostess, Renee is very helpful and knowledgeable about Goa and guides the guests very wisely."
