Paradise? - Okay, maybe from October to March, but off season? I don´t know, maybe some people really have fun during monsoon time there.

They tell me there could be about 30 of us on the tour but I haven't got my package yet and don't know the details.

I lived in Malaysia in the late 80's--hence my desire to visit India and, particularly, Goa. I ended up living with a fellow whose parents had emigrated from Goa to Malaysia before he was born. That was my 'intro' to Goa.

I like to tell people that I'm slow, but I always get there eventually.

Acc. to the info I have now, we'll be staying at the Ramada....
I'm in Ontario too (although of course I could be miles away)and should be very interested to know the name of the travel agency who organised your trip to India. Should like to do a similar trip myself at some point. Am particularly interested in going the Pacific route. Thank you.

Paradise

Hi York

I have been to the Black Forest at Xmas as I have good friends there - it is a great place also I remember Gary Cooper Sausages !! . But I think that Goa has a feeling all of its own -when there you can relax and enjoy life outside of the rat race that is Europe.

Hope to see you there - PS - I have a friend who has lived in Goa since 2000 and loves the Monsoon season too - In India this is a very romantic season ( My wife is INDIAN and I miss the warm rain - it is frezzing here in UK ) !!!!

See you there maybe?

Hi back Keith,

I would habe loved to go to Goa yesterday and make my way out of this European rat race, believe me. Unfortunately Iīm a freelancer in insurances and canīt just go and leave my business when it getīs me. Guess Iīll be back in Goa roundabout Feb/March.

Itīs always good to hear from people who travelled the Black Forest and loved it, and oh yes, the food is a class of itīs own even for me who grew up in the northwest of Germany in Cologne. Donīt want to miss this place, also because it has the hottest summerī in whole Germany.

You are married to an indian woman, lucky you. You could live in India any time you want, right? Well, forget about this monsoon thing, I know it can be a beautiful time when everything is becoming lush and green. I was just kidding and playing the mickey. Hope you have a great time on your holidays and enjoy the paradise, cause thatīs what it is.

Greetings, York

P.S. In 1993 I lived in Tooting, London and worked at Leicester Square. One year. Great experience and one of the times in my life I donīt wanna miss.
