| How's Goa right now? Hi Is anyone in Goa right now (begin of august, that is) and can tell me what it is like? Where are you staying, hows the weather, and are there many other travellers or hardly any? I am in Pondi at the moment and plan on travelling westwards. Its a bit cloudy, but not much rain so far. I think the clouds rather create nice temperatures Perhaps people who are in Goa can update this thread every once in a while? tapir

| I was in Goa from 25th to 28th. It was raining all the time (well most of the time.) the mornings are gone - it will rain and drizzle all along till just after lunch after which you may venture out. Dont expect the sun and always carry an umbrella around - buy it there for Rs 120 and its a good investment. |
