How is Goa like in september
Could anyone tell me how the weather is in Goa during september? Is it raining a lot? And are there people around and party's? Or would october be better?
Hope someone can give me information about this! |

October is better. It will still be raining in September and most places will still be closed. Things start coming alive in October but should still be quiet. Everything should be really green and lush from all the rain.
