How is Hotel Nova Goa? Anyone stayed there?

The hotel Nova Goa is in the middle of the capital city of Panaji. The rooms are not very good and as far as service is concerned it is mediocre. The Hotel Mandovi has better rooms and has probably the best restaurant in the city as well. http://www.indiatravelite.com/accomm...mandovigoa.htm
