Help! Info on Ragbaga beach please.

hi, yeah thats true there are lots of russians, not many brits at all or any other nationality when we were there! the golf course was always empty to!!!

i also think that they were building a casino there, not sure when it will open, or if its still happening!

the shop that is in the hotel sells clothes, books etc... no drinks or nuts! like the other psots says you need to go to a nearby town to stock up. We went to palolem and stocked up with nuts and beer and had no problem bringing it back into the hotel!

guess we need to brush up on a few choice Russian phrases... any suggestions? ( eg " that`s MY sunbed/drink/ball".)
Thanks for that, great to be prepared for these things. Any other tips welcome.

one tip, get your sun bed early! we noticed that the russian tourists got down to the pool at about 9am,reserved there beds and then went of somewhere else leaving the towels on the beds, so you think they are taken!!(Maybe other nationalisties do this aswell but we jsut noticed the russians doing this!) But teh pool attendents will help you out with this by clearing away there towels! (given a small tip, they will do this everyday and have your towels out ready and waiting for you when they see you coming to the pool!)

oh, and if you want to use the internet to send emails home the hotel has a broadband service, not to much money. Iusggestusing this one as the shop outside the hotel has a dial up connection and takes forever!!! You can charge it to your room.
