Help - Going To Goa In A Week!!

Hello people, im new to this site, tho i've searched thru many of the posts i couldnt find any answers relevant to my quieries and i hope some of you could help me out.

I'm visiting goa with 6-8 friends, next thursday for about 5 dayz. Btw, im staying in Mangalore city, in Karnataka state. We have our own vehicle so transportation isnt a problem. But, since were on a budget i would appreciate if some of u could help me out with the following.

1: Accomodation:

Well were probably gonna party and do some sight seeing too and have decided to stay in Baga area in north goa. Accomodation isnt our top priority and were expecting to spend the least on it since were NOT gonna be sittin in our rooms the whole day. So Any place where we could get double bed-rooms abt 100-300 per night would help us a lot. Any other place besides baga such as Margo, Panjim, Calangute, Anjuna would also help. Since were going during the off season i expect the prices to be LOW! . So you more experienced ppl out there help me out here.. (CLEAN BATHROOMS ARE A MUST!!!)...

2: Food:

Well the last time i went to goa i was in the Anjuna area, i was there only a couple dayz and tried to make the best of it. I found out food to be more expensive than liqour there. All we gonna do is parte and booze as much as we can (drown in booze if we must lol)so food once again isnt our top priority but i would need some help regarding some of the good and inexpensive places to eat while in goa. Places in Baga, Margoa, Anjuna-Vagator areas would certainly help. Daily spending per person should will be at a max of abt a few hundred rupees..

3: Places:

Well id like some suggestions as to which places would be the best to visit, getting there wont be a problem. I would like to visit some of the major places which are worth our time, since were there only for a few dayz considering our colleges have already begun here.

4: Clubs:

Were planning to go to Titos, Cubana. that's the only two i can think of. And paradisio sucked major balls, the last time i went there and it doesnt even have the right kind of crowd except good trance music. So if possible lemme know some of the other good clubs and also state the entry fee or prices if possible. I would want to be best prepared for everything.

5: Beaches:

Ok, now there are LOT of them in goa, which ones are the best ones to visit? Anjuna, Baga, Vagator are certainly on my list. But like i said were short on time and wanna make the best of it. So ppl hit me wit the best stuff..

Booze and probably partying, that's are foremost priority right now. Next being food and the least being accomodation. Our budget is likely to hit 6000 + or - excluding the fuel charges which will amt to about 4000rs itself. but considering were a group expenses per person will still remain a lil quite high considering out limited budget.

So i would appreciate all useful respones here.

Were leaving on 14th evening so if u please have any info to share on the earlier posts please do so.
And one more thing, since were going on a private vehicle do we need inter-state permit, i think not. and also is there a thorough checking at the panaji-margoa bridge.

Shed some light on it. And like i said useful responses will be greatly appreciated here..
