Health check up and dentist in GOA

Hi,
I am planning to do the whole health check up in Apollo Victor Hospital in Goa? How is the hygiene? anyone has experience with it?

How is the dentist in this hospital, I am planning to do my teeth in GOA, around Margao if possible, thinking to do it in Apollo Victor hospital or with Dr. Hubert Homes, but Dr. Homes is out of station now, only his assistant are there, any comment?

Thanks.

Apollo Victor has good hygiene by Indian standards and you should have no problem.
As far as the dentist is concerned, looks to me that you are referring to Dr. Gomes(not Homes), who does have very good assistant dentists who should be able to provide you with the necessary treatment.

I have personally been treated by Dr. Gomes and his team and I
rate them very highly. In fact I would rate them better than most of the dentists in Canada that I have used.

Agree with Goancanuck ~ Hubert Gomes team are excellent and work to the same exacting standards as he does. I visit every year and have never been disappointed.

Well the departure date is fixed for the 15th Nov.

Anyone know where best to go around Baga for full health check and some dentistry. Maybe a quick eyetest aswell.

Do they give you some sort of report as to the results?

Yes they give you a card with your results wrote down. I had to get her to write it so it could be read.I couldnt read what she wrote so she wrote it out again
Its a good test. You have air blown in each eye first then proper eye test, then you have to keep your sight on a red dot while these flashing lights come up.Much better than the paid for eye test in Goa.
