Goa without the party
I dont party
I'm clean and sober I don't particularly like congregating with fellow travelers (IMers excepted) I do like a few days of swimming on a nice beach I like Indians Any suggestions for Goa? - from one who gleefully helped destroy Anjuna in 1972 ![]()

I guess the goa question is looked after; from another thread you mentioned that you weren't arriving in India until mid-feb, so by the time you get to Goa the xmas/newyrs party season is well over and most places should be fairly quiet. Cyberhippie's spot looks really nice; at the northern end of the state, the stretch of beach between the Chapora river to a bit south of Arambol is still pretty nice as well. While it is getting a bit noisy in and around Arambol village beach itself, there are quieter spots as you move south towards Mandrem and beyond to Morjim and the river. If you want any more detail, just pm me.
