Goa-within a week
My wife and myself have plans to visit Goa for 14 days in about a week's time. We intend to visit the beaches both in North and south Goa and we are on a mid budget (`Rs 300-500 for accomodation).
We have plans to travel along the coast from Arambole in the North to Palolem in the South. In this regard any suggestions regarding the following will be highly appreciated 1. Beaches to which trip is a must (including what should be the length of stay) 2. Acivities (sports, night life, shopping etc) 3. Eating out 4. Do you need any adavance booking for accomodation? ca we negotiate the rate? 5. What's about weather? |

Let's begin with last question - fine as usual at this time of the year.
4 - no need to book if you want to negotiate. for 2 - more facilities you 'll find on Calangute beach (sports and joy rides), neighbouring Baga is notorious for its nightlife (visit Tito's club) and Panjim (for shopping, particularly antiques). for answers on 1 and 3 (and other) questions buy excellent Outlook Goa guidebook. |
