Goa vs Rajasthan
Rajasthan, not Goa sand beckons Israelis
BY HERALD REPORTER PANJIM, DEC 21 — Barely a week after Israel’s Foreign Ministry and Counter-Terrorism Division issued a warning to travellers to stay away from Goa this Christmas fearing Al Qaeda’s Bali-style attack, tourists from Israel and other countries here have shifted their base from the sandy beaches of Goa to the infectious desert of Rajasthan. News item in Goa's newspaper, Herald. See: http://oheraldo.in/node/21355 Comments? |

Hmm,
Well, I'm going the other way! I'm currently in Rajasthan and it is very very busy and hard to get a hotel booking I understand.Fortunately my work booked me in here but I will be in Goa shortly, is anyone there at the moment and can confirm it is quieter than usual?
