Goa tour

Hi Friends,

I, along with my 2 best friends, coming to Goa next week. We are travelling by train from Hyderabad. We'll be staying there for 3 days but we have no idea about the important tourist and must-see places in Goa.

Any information about cheap hotels/lodges and tourist places like churches,beaches,etc would be appreciated.

Goa is divided in to two North & South
North Goa has lots of beaches like Calangute, Arambol etc.,
South Goa beaches are Colva, Benaulim, Mobor, Palolem etc.,
Since you are travelling during Monsoon beach shacks at all the places will be closed.
Then there are churches at Old Goa which are worth visiting.
I would advice you to purchase this Outlook Goa Guide which has all the info. about Goa from tourist places to Food joints to hotels etc., It cousts around Rs. 250 - Rs. 300 but its worth it.
