Goa in September?
Thinking of heading to Goa in September. Is it likely to still be monsoon? Also, are Baga,Calangute and Candolim all quiet? (I know it's out of season)

Or read the one below this about August, on average conditions will be similar.
Expect wet weather and a super quiet holiday. If your looking for a peaceful and scenic holiday, September rocks. But if you want action, forget about it.
