Goa in may-end / june start

How is Goa in May end - June start? Would it be too hot? We have around 7 days to spend and we plan to stay at 2-3 diff locations. Can you suggest some good locations along with high-end hotels.

I went to Goa 3 years ago and did April 7th to April 23rd by that time is was 42 centigrade and lots of bars restaurants were shutting down for the quiet months. The hotel had already shut its restaurant before we got there !!!

But I suppose it depends on what you want to do. Party, Chill ???

The monsoon starts normally in the first week of June. The konkan region receives rainfall normally during this time, plan up accordingly but monsoon in goa is a different experience altoghter.
