Goa in May 08

Hi All,

Just wondering where would be the nicest place to stay in Goa( Not really sure where) for 3 nights in mid May 08. Looking for a relaxing place a little up market but able to hire a motorbike to explore Goa. Not looking for a night life spot but dont want to be to far away from everything.I know Im being a bit vague but its our first time here.

where / which beach in Goa are you looking at going to?

Try South goa. Would suggest you head to Colva beach from where you can hire a bike. Once you are mobile you can head to many smaller beaches from there which are fabulous & quiet.. yet only 5 mins away from anything you may require.

Sernambatim, benaulim, etc will have many places that have rooms on the beach. Furtados is one place that i can recommend.

i love that beach. Its a nice, clean, quiet unlike some of the others in Goa and if the trip is about slowing the pace down i would recommend this as well. They have an interesting littl market to shop around for trinkets and a few good eating joints.
