Goa in March/April
Goa in March/April
I would like to spend 1 week in Goa in the first week of april. What can I expect? Party or empty beaches and closed restaurants? I am not going there only because of the parties, but it would be nice not to be all alone... ;-) How is the situation with the government? Are parties still forbidden?

Will be getting hot and should have enough people around to hook up with and figure out something to do. Also April and May see's alot of Indians in Goa as it's their school holidays.
