Goa honeymoon tips
Goa honeymoon tips
Hello all,
I'm planning honeymoon in Goa. Please provide general tips as well as answers to other qs as per the following criteria:
Time:23rd to 29th nov,09 (reach GOA on 23rd afternoon and leave on 29th morning)
Budget:40-50K
Place of stay:
1) My fiancee is interested in roaming in markets, indulging in shopping while I'm looking forward to quite, romantic, laid back time on a less crowded beach. That's why I think I should stay at a place which is near to beaches (so tht we can enjoy sunrise and sunsets at beaches) and also not far from markets.
2) I'm not willing for a very expensive 5 star stay. The place of stay should be clean and comfortable, preferably with windows overlooking to the beach. I dont want to spoil the stay because of cockroaches in bathroom or stink in room. Please list such places and preferred beaches? I've heard some bad feedback about GTDC hotels.
Inland travel: Apart from airport transfers, we would like to book a 2 wheeler(kine) and like to explore the place ourselves. Advisable?
Anything else that I should know?
Thanks (not sure if I've posted the qs in right forum
