Goa: Fire Cement?

Anyone know where we can get Fire Cement near Mapusa/Panjim?? We've got fire bricks, but nothing to stick them together with. I think they also call it Black Cement or Furnace Cement.

Himself is building a tandoori oven - god help us!!
