Train 02779 departs Madgaon daily at 15.49 and gets to Bangalore at 07.30 (3A, SL), Indian Railways say this train only runs till 2nd October, but they've extended this deadline for about 3 years.
This train (well, some of the carriages) waits at Londa station for 90 minutes, the carriages then get connected to another train. There's a better timed train that runs on Mondays & Saturdays, train 7310 departs Madgaon at 21.25 and gets to Yesvantpur (Bangalore) at 10.50 (2A, 3A, SL.) There's also a train to Chennai, this train calls at Yesvantpur, but it only runs on thursdays and is similarly timed to train 02779.
