You said your tickets are confirmed and I presume that you are travelling by train. If so why not keep all your luggage at the railway station cloak room and hunt for a place or party & sleep on the beach(if you at all sleep on 31st. night)?

After two weeks the mad rush to Goa will subside. What kind of services you are looking for? Have you checked out Goa tourism?

aqua.Calangute /Baga will be heaving. If i had to sleep on the beach i would sleep on either.
I had a silk sleeping bag made in Goa.Cost 800rs and the best thing i ever bought. If i go on a long train journey <and if i had to sleep on a beach>i would get in it and had it made big enough to put a bag in it as well.Because its silk its can go into a small pocket.
There are a lot of coaches in Calangute ,parked in the old football ground,a lot of those guys sleep round those coaches.
