Goa 5 star hotels

Hey Everyone,

I know this post should be in the accomodation section so sorry in advance for that but here it goes.

I need to decide on what hotel my parents should stay for their trip to Goa in May. They prefer 5 star for safety reasons??? That is what they said. Well I agreed as it's their first time going there & they are elderly. I narrowed it down to Marriott, Renaissance(now Ramada Caravela) or Holiday Inn. If you are familiar with any or all of these hotels & their locations please please suggest which one will be the better option? The prices are pretty similar. Thanks much!

Have you checked out the Aguada? I still prefer this over the newer chains. The Aguada is run by the Taj group.

I would suggest Goa Marriott Resort. We stayed there last year and had a wonderful experience!

The Hotel intercontinental Raj baga South Goa is as 5 star as they get lovely private beach with all water sports, sauna, pool, etc western cuisine!!
Room rates begin at $ 90 per night!
