Yes- without backing up of men in white but most important thing is that this should be seen as making Goa another Gujrat or Orissa. You will very soon hear about attackson churches...it is coming.

Even if they are srious about SEZ- tourist has nothing to do with it as 98% tourist is on beaches.

This is somehting else...

Moderators, why has this post been allowed to stand ? It adds nothing to the discussion, is political and baseless.

First... the post has been here for just a few minutes. Even if it was inadmissible, give us a bloody chance.

Second. You've started a politically loaded debate. Do not tell us whose points of view should or should not be "allowed to stand"

Third. Your opinion on what posts should "be allowed to stand" has not been asked for.

Thanks.

On your second point, I did not start any "politically loaded" debate. I was reporting the contents of a press conference.

On your third point, you need not ask for my opinion. What are you, some kind of a speech Nazi? I didn't know I had to seek your permission before uttering opinions. What have you been smoking?

Now here's the fourth point - the ramblings about Gujarat, Orissa, attacks on churches and that sort of blather have no relevance. Hence my interjection. Read slowly and learn to comprehend before jerking your knee.

agtoau, the problem seems to be that you have not contributed anything to this forum but this thread and all your posts have been in this thread..

I would request you not to mind negative comments, unfortunately you have carved a negative image, first by starting a controversial topic and then confirming members thoughts that you are here only for an Agenda..

play it cool, understand the sensibilities of other members on the board and then post...new members (And Old Sometimes as well) sometimes do face problems in controversial discussion and things tend to heat up a lot !! and take my word for it as it is coming from ME !! Who himself is considered a loudmouth on the forum !!

shashank.aggarwal, I didn't know everyone had to "contribute to his forum." What exactly are your "contributions" ? Have they become the fifth veda yet ?

Looks like Nick-H is not given to civility in discussion. In that case, it is appropriate to talk to him in a language and tone he may well understand.

I am sure using these words is going to lead us nowhere !! Just relax my friend, when I talk about contributions, it means taking part in another discussions, asking questions and giving answers.

Well !! even though I myself do not get along very well with Nick, however we must appreciate that he is a Mod on the forum, and has right to intervene if he feels appropriate. He cannot be politically correct to everyone, but I guess he is just trying to maintain the way this board has been functioning for years..and doing the best he can...

I differ a lot with him on his opinions, but his opinions never influence his Mod decisions ..

Agtoau

You might take a little more time to make your judgements of this board and its members.

You are entitled to your opinion, just as you are also entitled, and most welcome to go elsewhere.

No further discussion on this will be admitted.

Thank you.

Again.

Nick-H, I have been reading Indiamike perhaps even before you first pecked at your keyboard to type out its URL. I enjoy the site very much, thank you.

Hmmmm.... well, for Chai I suppose I might have to put the principles on one side!

God! I wonder how much destruction of natural hill habitat that got replaced with tea farms I'm personally responsible for.

But look: at least I don't drink Coca Cola.

I don't like it!
