Man goes wild; takes 10 cops to contain him

PANJIM, MARCH 15 – The Anjuna Police Station officials late Wednesday evening were confronted with the task of containing an over-violent and medium-built German national, who went berserk kicking around passers-by and whatever came his way.

According to an eyewitness, the man who seemed to be mentally unsound and aged 30-40 went about attacking whoever came across him behaving like an animal. “He threw down some cycles and kicked a passing motorcyclist before throwing a koita at another,” the witness said.
“The police who saw the man had to face up to the challenge of containing him and knew it wouldn’t be done single handedly. Initially, six of them tried to tackle him but the man kicked and fisted completely outwitting the cops,” the eyewitness narrated.

And I thought those scenes from hindi movies where the "hero" thrashes 10 "goondas" were make believe.

It will be interesting to find out why he went berserk. frustrated with india? too much drugs?

“Finally, they got a rope from a passing jeep and after struggling for at least 15 minutes the 10 of them managed to tie him up and give him a sound thrashing,” he narrated.

No bhang in Goa GC but Feni does strange things to people!! Just take a look at the locals who are addicted to Feni, never a dull moment as they give passing traffic a good talking to!

I think anyone can take on 5-6 persons if really in an agitated/beserk mood.. Lets try out in one of the future IM meetups

Maybe he acted so 'coz he was frustrated with everything in his life, Usually people especially foreigners go to Goa to have a blast and forget about their sadness but here's one who reacted WAY too much!
