Arambol to Palolem is about 3 - 3.5 hours in a taxi. Hope this helps.

You could definitely do a day-trip from Palolem to Calangute/Baga/Anjuna/Vagator beaches if you are rushed for time. Arambol would be pushing it. You will need to get up very early, however, and even then it will still be a rushed day-trip. If you do it by motorbike, plan to head back starting at 3pm unless you're comfortable navigating Goa highways at night on a bike (not recommended).
A better option would be two day trip - with a small daypack for your clothes. This will be easier on your body, and allow you to experience the northern beaches at night. Options are taxi, motorbike, or bus. The most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen have been at Baga and Vagator beaches... red sky sunsets like I've seen nowhere else. Hope you enjoy. |
