Flights to Goa/Party in Goa
Hi there, just wondering if anyone can help me with a flight to Goa from New Delhi? Should I arrange it with my travel agent here or wait and do it once I get to India? Also how much should it cost from Delhi to Goa? I don't know the name of the airport. One more thing if guest houses etc don't take advance bookings where do you tell the taxi driver to go? I should mention I plan to fly from Delhi to Goa on the 29th of December I really want to be at Anjuna for New Year! Anyone interested in meeting up for some partying? I'm into psy trance and will be looking for a cool party! would love some company! Anyone into Psy too?

I am a big fan of PsyTrance. You better arrange accommodation right now unless you don't mind sleeping on the beach! The small guesthouses do not accept advance bookings but the bigger hotels certainly do so.
Book your flight from Delhi-Goa here http://www.spicejet.com/ You won't get a seat if you wait until the last minute, this season is shaping up to be the busiest season on record. |

hey caty i am in the same situation as you I fly into Delhi but i was planning on getting a spice jet flight down to goa. It seems the best way to me.
I am arriving in Delhi on the 6th of Dec and planning on staying in Goa for at least a month just chilling...(i have been working and partying in London for the last 3-4) I am still not sure what to do about a guest house but i am hoping that i will be early enough to get a place. Although I am concerned for my brother who arrives in Delhi on the 26th. I guess for him if worse comes to worse he can bunk in with me. ...I am sure you will find somewhere to sleep everyone said the same to me this year when I went to Ko pang nang for full moon, but i ened up finding a place. Yeppers I LOVE psy....i am hoping to find an out door party, they are my fav !

Okay, I'll just chuck my question in here, rather than starting an new thread....
Flying from Goa to Chennai... What are the options at the moment? I just checked SpiceJet, and their timetable doesn't align nicely for flying Goa->Mumbai->Chennai. |

Kingfisher looks good.... about $50US per head, and I can make another flight to Chennai.
Jet Airway also can do it via Mumbai, but at a rather higher cost. This is going to be at the end of a looooong adventure involving plenty or trains and cars. People are going to be tired and sick of epic journeys and just want to go home. So no more trains. Just fly back to base. |
