English Tourist death - Nov 2003

My dear Brother Anthony Tunnicliffe (31) - passed away in suspicious circumstances in Goa, he was staying at the Renton Manor - Arpora..
He was found in the hotel room by his 2 friends. The same night my Brother passed away 17th Nov 2003 - he was in Tito's/mambos, that was the last place the 2 friends saw him
we are not quite sure if went somewhere else after - maybe to the Capricorn club - does anyone know of this place? - what happens there and in titos??
My Brothers friends said that a prostitute was asking about him in Titos/mambos - does anyone know of someone calld Stuart, either from Titos or Capricorn Club/Bar
Has anyone heard of spiking drinks in Goa?
Plesae does anyone know anything - my Brother was not a druggie, he was a diamond fella - supposed to be having a fun 2 wk holiday in Goa
No one at the Renton Manor knows anything, they did do forensics tests but we are still waiting a year and a half later- my Brother had 2 autopsies 1 in the Goan Medical; College and 1 at home in London, both were inconclusive, No CAUSE OF DEATH, me and my parents have no closure to the devastating loss of my beautiful Brother
