Enfield Bike Rentals in Goa

Does anyone know of a good place to rent an Enfield? I'm just now settling in the Colva Benalim (sp?) area so something in this area would be preferable.

Also, this article says that the going tarrif is roughly 5000 r/month. Does that sound about right to you guys?

There is no special place where you can go to rent an Enfield. Ask the waiters at the shacks in Benaulim and they will tell you who is renting out Enfields in the village. You will probably end up paying around Rs 7000-9000/month for a bike in good condition. During the monsoon you should be able to get a discount on this price. The ones that you get for Rs 5000/month are going to be in poor condition and unless you are very good in repairing the bike yourself you should avoid them.
