hi,
in about 4 weeks (5th of januari) w'll leave Goa from Dabolim airport. The flight is around 5.00 am, so very early. Is it possible to stay overnight at the airport (is there a place to lay down, is there something to eat/ drink. If not so, what would be a good place to stay the last night (or may be couple of nights) close enough to the airport to take a cab in the middle of the night (is Bogmalo an option. Any suggestions to solve this (minor) problem will be most welcome. Thanks in advance, Mea |

Le petit guesthouse, Sarita's guesthouse, Joet's guesthouse are all budget category. There is not a lot of accommodation available in Bogmalo so it would be wise to book a place in advance. You can't book these places through the internet, so you will have to go there personally.

thanks a lot GoanCanuck for the information
Just another option: would it also be doable to come from Margao, Panjim or maybe Mandrem, Agonda or Benaulim. I never had to be so early at the airport so I have no clue how easu or difficult it is to find a cab in the middle of the night. |

Tell the cab driver in advance that you need an early morning drop off snd you should be fine. Margao or Panjim are possibilities but Mandrem is too far. You could also stay in Vasco-da-gama.

Phone numbers for Bogmalo Beach guesthouses?
Anybody know the phone numbers for Le Petit Guesthouse, Joet's Guesthouse, or other budget hotels in Bogmalo? I have the early a.m. flight problem also.
