Colonia Santa Maria or Lemon tree??

Looking for some opinions on which property is more preferred. they both look well reviewed on trip adviser. I would like to stay at a property to gives you the ability to walk to different shops and restaurants without having to take a taxi everywhere. Both look close to the beach which is also a plus.

Any opinions would be great!
