Cidade De Goa Resort - Babysitting services

I am visiting Goa from 24th-27th September, 2007 with my wife and 2 year old daughter. I have finalized a 3 nights/4 days package with Cidade De Goa. The main reason I am staying with them is that they offer a Kids Play Room and Babysitting services which I will need for my 2 year old daughter.

Does anyone here have any experience with their babysitting services. I want to know if it will be OK for me to leave my daughter under their care for an hour or two everyday.

Also any suggestions on which beaches and other places that are must see in 3 days.

This is a wonderful place with loads of information. Thanks to you all.

I have stayed there twice and seen their babysitting services being offered, though never had to use those myself.

They have a play area for kids, too, which is a little away from the swimming pool.

I would trust them with this service. I would also tell them not to take the child anywhere near the swimming pool (in case they do, I have no idea).. for safety.

Thanks for the reply capt mahajan. It is good to know that we can trust their services. My daughter goes to a Playschool and is comfortable with new people. The only thing I was worried about was whether the resort's babysitter will be able to manage a 2 year old with responsibility.

It is a good hotel; they will take care.

I am sure you should be able to set it up so that you can call and check, should you be away for very long.
