There has been a sharp increase in prices as well as charter flights are concerned. Tell your daughter to fly via Mumbai.

There is absolutely no reason to believe that charter flights will get any cheaper than they are now, other than the normal daily fluctuations.

Maybe you are correct, but friends and even an agent i contacted said, as it gets nearer the time, as long as shes flexible, good chance these flights will come down in price.
These friends take charter flights to Goa, every year 3 or 4 times a season, for many years.
All depends on supply and demand, im sure.
If it dosnt work, i must pay these prices.

Correct, there is no time limit on the ammount of days you can stay when coming on a charter flight. The only stipulation is that if you fly into India by scheduled you cannot return on a charter flight.

Bookings are reported to be 20% down on last season from UK and Russian travel companies. There's a good chance prices will fall nearer your date.
