It all depends on what your budget is? There are plenty of hotels open in July with tariffs ranging from $10-$500/day. Not sure about those photos but that hotel looks to be expensive. |

I'm sure the hotel is pretty expensive and I certainly can't spend 500$ a day for this
But what if you just wanna chill out near the swimming pool without actually living in the hotel? Is this possible in Goa?

Nilaya Indeed
Martin D is right! It is indeed Nilaya Hermitage hotel which is a boutique 5* hotel. It costs about $125/night off-season. It has 2 nice restaurants and one serves amazing Goanese food (yummy Reshad prawns). I would highly recommend it.

Laguna Anjuna
There is a hotel quite similar to Nilaya Hermitage and designed by the same architect called Laguna Anjuna which is far more reasonable costwise than Nilaya. Check out:

The Nilaya is owned by Claudia & Hari, who also own the Tiracol Fort, and also an AMAZING site just outside Goa in Maharashtra called Redi Fort. I understand that the Redi Fort is currently under development but won't be ready for a while.
