There is not a single place worth buying from. Goa in general does not have very good sweet shops. The best among these are found in the port town of Vasco-da-gama due to the large number of people from North India who live there. Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata have the best shops for buying Indian sweets.

I'm sure you could find much better mittai in London than Goa anyway - other than green mango sweets (which are boiled lollies, not traditional mittai) I didn't have any nice sweets in Goa at all
