Buying a property in Goa - Real Estate Agents

Can anyone recommend a good and reliable real estate agent in Goa who could help identify and buy property in Goa? Any info with contact numbers, email address would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

I for one would love to know how successful you are as I would love to buy a property in Goa as well. However I am not interested in the new deveopments but an old preferably Dutch style house. But I gather there can be quite a few complications in the legality of onwership etc.

For old properties the problem of clear title can be a problem as in assuring there is no member of the extended family still with a legal claim on the property!!
This a difficult even for local Goans to navigate around so would need a very good trustworthy lawyer!!
A businessman I know from Bangalore concluded after 3 years of following hot properties that sizzled out due this "clear title" problem that it just wasn't worth his time and energy!!

I reckon buying land and building is the way to go you could probably still get it built in traditional style!!
I'm not saying that getting an old house isn't possible but it is a very problematical route to take!!
