If you go to any medical shop and ask for Manforce, wait til he brings them then ask for something cheaper, which can go as low as Rs 80/- for a strip of 4 x 100mg, though usually around 100/-.
Various countries customs officials might be a bit rigid on their importation, while others would have a bit of a laugh as long as it wasn't a suitcase full.

Viagra
Dunno about Viagra substitutes but would not hurt to stock up on : Avena -10(Homeopathic med), which replicates Viagra to a certain extent. Also, eating Watermelon can do wonders. And surprisingly, Osama was found with several bottles of Avena and dozens of watermelons when he was killed LOLOLOL
